This breakthrough requires the corrugated board base paper production to control multiple aspects including matching the paper, gluing process, tension adjustment and production line speed synchronization. If the moisture level of the corrugated board and paper stiffness is good, then printing with ink would be easy; while increasing the pressure will crush corrugated printing, which directly affect the printing quality of the overlay accuracy. Maintaining the cleanliness of the surface of corrugated board can also avoid wool and paper adhesion on the plate surface.
